Hợp Trí Summit đã hoàn tất việc chuyển giao quyền sở hữu và chính thức trở thành công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài thuộc Tập đoàn Sumitomo Corporation (Nhật Bản), bao gồm Summit Agro International Ltd., Sumitomo Corporation và Sumitomo Corporation Vietnam LLC.

Hop Tri Summit has completed its ownership transfer process and has officially become a wholly foreign-owned company within Sumitomo Corporation Group (Japan), including Summit Agro International Ltd., Sumitomo Corporation and Sumitomo Corporation Vietnam LLC.

Đây là một dấu mốc quan trọng trong quá trình phát triển của Hợp Trí Summit, đồng thời khẳng định niềm tin và cam kết đầu tư lâu dài của Tập đoàn Sumitomo Corporation đối với thị trường nông nghiệp Việt Nam.

This marks an important milestone in Hop Tri Summit’s development journey and reaffirms Sumitomo Corporation Group’s confidence in and long-term commitment to the Vietnamese agricultural market.

    The Company’s business operations will continue to be maintained in a stable and uninterrupted manner.

  • Chính sách bán hàng, các chương trình khuyến mãi và hoạt động chăm sóc khách hàng không thay đổi.

    Sales policies, promotional programs and customer services remain unchanged.

  • Đội ngũ bán hàng và kỹ thuật của Hợp Trí Summit tại các địa phương tiếp tục đồng hành, hỗ trợ khách hàng và bà con nông dân như hiện nay.

    Hop Tri Summit’s local sales and technical teams will continue to support customers and farmers as always.

  • Các hoạt động marketing, chương trình hỗ trợ nông dân và dịch vụ tư vấn kỹ thuật vẫn được triển khai xuyên suốt.

    Marketing activities, farmer support programs and technical consultation services will continue as usual.

  • Các hợp đồng, đơn hàng và cam kết hợp tác hiện hữu tiếp tục được thực hiện đầy đủ theo các thỏa thuận đã ký kết.

    Existing contracts, purchase orders and cooperation commitments will continue to be fully honored in accordance with agreed terms.
